Certainly changed over the last 5 years or so. Food portions are now much smaller. Standard 'going thru the motions' service.

VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
Firstly, it is not cheap, so you expect higher standards.
We were the only people there (as well as one other woman) and had to wait about 20+ minutes, which is disgraceful and could have had quicker/ superior service at a restaurant! I felt so sorry for the other woman there who waited the same amount of time for some chips. Ridiculous!
This is the 3rd time I have had to wait this long when practically nobody is there, so it is not a coincidence. I previously gave you the benefit of the doubt, but not now (hence the review). I even witnessed you tell a customer that you had ran out of fish. ?
Secondly, considering the high cost, it is a joke to have to pay around £1 for the stingiest amount of ketchup in existence, what an absolute scam! You?d have to pay nearly £5 to adequately cover your meal in a sauce?get a grip!
Lastly, what a rubbish selection of vegetarian/ vegan options?who wants a battered burger or spicy mushrooms when going to a fish and chip shop?? It?s not rocket science, keep some halloumi in the fridge, or if you really wanted to live up to your high prices, why not try banana blossom and make it known to the world thet you properly cater for all dietary requirements!!!
You also do not fry your chips separately from the fish (but were good enough to state that). However, these are becoming basic standards these days, where there are so many more impressive places to visit around North Wales!
Big shame, as I want it to do well, but in its current state there is absolutely no way I will be visiting ever again and will be encouraging others to save their money and to go elsewhere too.

Not worth the price!
We stopped off here as it was the top rated chip shop in the area, I?ve no clue why people have rated it so highly. We waited over 30 minutes for fish and chips, and also sausage and chips. My main concern being the price they are charging for the portion of food. I have seen bigger children?s meals than what we were served. My sausage and chips was £11 and the fish and chips was around £15. Extortionate prices. Cost us £32 including two drinks.
The only good thing was that the food was hot and tasted really good. Complained to staff about wait times and portion size but did not receive a discount, just a few more chips. Don?t believe every good review you see

Had fish and chips here - overall very good! The fish was fresh and nicely cooked, though I personally would have liked a bit more salt or seasoning as it was quite plain. Chips were tasty and the staff were very friendly, which made the visit pleasant.

Of the parts of our order we actually got, the food was brilliant. Just check your order before you leave. We came home to no peas or curry which kinda ruined it for me as I just had dry chips and sausage.
Too far for us to drive back and rectify the problem unfortunately.

Great fish and chips, friendly efficient staff.good daily specials board.
Really good chippy. If you have never been, give it a visit I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

One of the best chippys I?ve eaten. The gravy is perfect on the steak n ale pie. Chips perfect nuggets are decent size and full of chicken not just air. Can?t fault anything. Super friendly service well done.

This happened a while ago however it still something I think about, I am a hard working tradesman I have called in a few times midweek on my way back from work. Normally a two hour drive home. I called in on a Friday night and was refused entry to the dining room due to wearing work clothes. I was told that on a Friday it?s a different clientele and me being there doesn?t go with the ambiance! I was shocked and disappointed that they would impose different rules for different nights of the week. If it was a high class restaurant then yes I would expect a dress code, but not a fish and chip shop! Get over yourselves.

Fantastic chippy with a huge menu and very generous portions, had orders taken by Luke who was very knowledgeable and helpful as we couldn't decide on the orders but he explained differences between different fishes and ultimately we had received an absolutely glorious meal which will definitely have us come again next time we are in Llandudno junction, also the mushy peas are heavenly!!

The menu is miscellaneous, many types of fish & chips, burgers. I rate this place 10/10. Spicy fish strips and prime hake fillet are spot on ??. Next time I'll give it a try for the plaice fillet ?. Good service and the staff is very friendly. Dine in or takeaway and one parking space in the front up to 90 min ??

This was definitely among the best fish and chips I?ve had. I was visiting Conwy on holiday and came across Enochs by chance, it turned out to be an amazing find. The spicy fish was especially tasty, with a flavourful batter and really fresh fish.
The whole team was lovely, and the lady who served us was so warm and welcoming. The place had a great vibe, and I?d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Conwy.
