Just a quick review of these guys. I never do reviews but on this occasion I felt it necessary to do so.My mum had her car towed to them the other day.She was very concerned about who her car had been taken to as she's an OAP and not well versed in such things. Her husband who she lost recently dealt with car stuff.The garage phoned her to say her car was fixed and another issue was apparent.They asked if she wanted them to fix it to which she said yes.They told her the bill was around £175 pounds.My mum misheard and thought they said £1750 to which she replied. "It's ok. I'm used to cars costing so much"Their reply was "haha, no its £175. If I could charge that every time I'd be a millionaire"Point is, they could have easily taken advantage of the situation, given her age, but didn't.My mum said "That's great news. Now I can get out and do some much needed shopping" to which they replied. "If you give us a list we'll do your shopping for you" !!!What can I say? Such genuine service and consideration above and beyond has left me dumbstruck.Massive respect and thanks to Duncalf motors.You are a rare breed in this day and age and I thank you so much for your kindness.Give these guys as much business as you can.They clearly deserve it.Jonny

Broke down outside his shop just before closing time. 100 miles from home and no idea where I was. Owner came out, checked my car and told me what the problem was which was no quick fix. Very kindly moved my car to a safer location whilst I waited for a tow truck. A real gentleman. Thank you so much for your help.

My car failed the MOT (well it is 16 years old!) but the repairs, 2 new tyres and the MOT only came to £180 so I was delighted. They do not overcharge for things like wheel tracking like the big boys do.
