Someone else was laughing and talking loudly all through the film and staff tried to remove my 15 and 16 Yr old daughters who were not making any noise at all without speaking to me the father who was sat 4 seats upNo apology no respect and no clue to what was actually happeningStill enjoyed the film

I totally loved the experience especially as we were the only ones there.. from what I've been told, when it's packed it often has a lot of people who talk through the film or spend their time on the phone which ruins the experience so I'm glad there was only 2 of us there watching Saw X

Staff were great, the building not so much, from the piss smell to the wonky seats it was uncomfortable!Then the cineworld promo that kept running before the film "got bear popcorn ya get me" who is this aimed at? 15 year olds from 2015.
