Excellent service from Mark at Thomas Motors. Car broken down in very rural, narrow area. Mark was cheerful, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Vehicle recovered and delivered promptly to required destination. Would highly recommend.

Had a problem with my TVR day 1 of my Welsh trip, RAC couldn?t get to me for 12 hours, they sent Greg from Thomas Motors, the lovely lady from dispatch kept me informed, Greg did an amazing job, took longer that allocated, one phone call cleared that. Super happy, super guy, super company!!!

Wow the way they just spoke to us after we waited over two years for our car we had to get the parts in which we did,we had to have a engine made so we had to wait we paid every bill on a credit card they kept finding stuff wrong which led to the time it was their they brought the car back without the wheel locking tool we rang to ask where it was they said they never had it and we know they did but we have been because we had just had two new tyres on it before it went to them like two weeks before it broke down we were then told they had only taken the two front wheels off they said they had only used their own tool to get the front but it only goes one way to get the wheel nuts off , one way ? my son went to look at the wheel nuts and undone two of the nuts with his fingers they were on the back wheels which they said they hadn't had off yet we have been billed for two rear brake discs and pads as well as the front they are the most rude unhelpful people I have ever had to deal with and I will be making a complaint to the RAC who sent them out to our car when it broke down

Fixed my car in a timely manner after breaking down. Even dropped the car off to me at train station as was travelling from afar to collect. Staff very friendly and great communication. They even offered to drop car at the station over weekend even when the garage was shut.

I was driving from the wirral to Swansea and broke down half way between Newtown and Llandrindod Wells... what seemed miles from the nearest town, I didn't know what to do as I have no breakdown cover and no money on me, I rang a garage who was to busy to come out for the rest of the day but they suggest I call these as they deal with rac and aa breakdowns, so I gave these a call and the mobile Mechanic come to me within about 2 hours and repaired it in the layby for me, what I thought was just a broken alternator belt thingy turned out to be a whole broken pulley thing that fell out and two broken belts, the mobile Mechanic repaired it all in the layby for me and had the parts already in there yard to do the repair and a family member was able to pay over the phone on my behave and I made it back home later that evening with the van sounding sweeter then ever

Sent out by our breakdown company to look at the van, the guy arrived quicker than expensive and was friendly and helpful but sadly confirmed my suspicion that the engine was proper fooked. He sorted all the paperwork on behalf of breakdown co. So that we could be recovered.
