The estate agent who shown us round (Charlotte) was very friendly and approachable. She made the viewing feel very at eased by getting a better understanding of what we were looking for and our situation. Any questions that she was unsure regarding, she took the time to find out the answer whilst we viewed the property.

Dealing with Chancellors Llandrindod Wells branch has been a breath of fresh air. The team in the branch which has lead by what I can only say is a complete asset to the company has be Lyndsey who is the branch Manager. She has been a professional and pleasant person to deal with. But most of all she achieved our goal which was to sell our property. Within a very short period. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Loads of appointments we had scheduled with this agents?I think 12 at one point, and driving hundreds of miles! Hours in the car! And could anyone from this agents be bothered to communicate with us? No! No agent turned up. Other properties they just canceled without telling us. No reason given. Told us properties were sold and we couldn?t go view them only to book them and allow others to view. I will never have anything to do with any chancellors office anywhere. Horrible horrible horrible.

We fell in love on-line with a property arranged a viewing with Lyndsey in the Llandrindod Wells office and after viewing were in the office the following morning putting in an offer. The service from Lyndsey was always excellent and she was quick to respond and answer any questions we had.

We've been watching the market for a while and have mainly been searching the Chancellors website.The team have always been friendly, helpful and accommodating with our options. Hopefully in the near future we'll find the right property for our family!

We have been using Chancellors ( Llandrindod Wells ) to find tenants for some of our rental properties for just over a year. In that time they have consistently managed to find great tenants in a very short time. The team take care to include us in the decision making throughout the tenant find process, the pre-tenancy checks and tenancy set up are very efficient and the rent management during the tenancy is totally reliable. All round excellent service and I would recommend to other landlords.

If I could give zero I would.I would never buy or sell with Chancellors because of the experience I had with the Llandrindod Wells branch. On the day of completion I came up from Southampton. There was a problem in that the water needed to be connected at the mains outside the property. I arranged for an engineer to do this at 2pm. The sale had not completed by this time. The staff in the branch knew about the problem. I arrived at 12pm. I asked if one of them could come out to open the property so the engineer could connect the water. The engineer needed it to be open to check there were no leaks. There were two of them in the branch. The property was 5 minutes drive. They told me that one person had appointments. They would have only needed to shut the branch for 15 minutes! There were covid restrictions in place anyway. This was the completion day and they did not want to help me. To put it bluntly they didn't give a toss but said I'd just have to wait! The woman was aggressive. The engineer even waited 20 minutes! I pleaded with them. There were still two of them in the branch at 2pm. The engineer had to leave.As a result I had no running water for a day. I couldn't use the loo or have heat or water! I was not able to stay in a hotel! This caused me much stress.Avoid!There are much better estate agents in the town.

They Don't do checks to see if more than one person is on land registry of a property, they only go off one person's word to sell or rent it without the other owners consent. Then wrangle out of it when you put complaint in.I did contact them, 1st time then they took the house off the market 2015, but next they rented it out claiming they knew nothing of me being on the mortgage... then i found out via the other estate agents it was up for sale with, agreed with ex....I did complain and took it to the ombudsman but they mugged me off saying it was a litigation case with my ex....my own personal experience I would not recommend them.
