“Just dropped into the café for a quick lunch on our way home from holiday. There was a good selection of food shown on a number of blackboards and the service was very prompt. My wife ordered a sandwich on brown bread but it arrived as white bread, as we were pressed for time she decided not to complain. However, when the waitress came to clear the plates she noticed what had happened, she apologised profusely, and insisted that we accept a full refund of the price. This level of good customer service is rarely found these days. We were very impressed and will now make a point of using the café whenever we pass that way again.”
