Bought a chair from these guys in the winter and put it away for summer months. Now outside eBay warranty period. Totally substandard product rips in a new place every time I use it. They claim to have no record of the sale / second time time I complained no response. Only course of action I have had recommended is trading standards!!! Do not buy from them you will end up throwing away your purchases!!

Very poor after sales service.!After purchasing a rod bag from them, I couldn't use it for 3 months due to Covid restrictions. When I finally got to use the bag, the main zip started to part from the material after just 3 trips. The bag was far from being full.After contacting Q fished, I explained that I liked the rod bag, didn't want a refund, just wanted to send this one back (at my expense) for a replacement...they were slow to respond, taking multiple emails to get a response. They refused to send a replacement due to the fact it was just over 3 months since I got it. The fact that we were in lockdown should be taken into account....They wont even answer my emails now!!!

Sent for refund and because I can't find or get a copy from the PO I can't have a refund !!! I put an ID number on address label. Is there anything I can do to get my refund or even get the parcel back ??

I ordered a couple of rods and paid for 24 hour courier service, however I had to wait 4 days for delivery. When I raised this issue with the shop they were aware of it, think this is acceptable and refused to refund me for the service they didn?t provide.
Although the items were fine I will definitely be suggesting that people avoid these scammers.

Awful response when they sent me a totally different order , ordered rod sling and they sent me bite alarms , took ages to get any sort of in helpful reply , avoid this company

I have tried calling this company for the last two days to find out where my order is. I get an email today telling me it has been delivered (which it hasnâ??t) I am still waiting on a reply as to who signed for the parcel!! Customer service is diabolical DO NOT use this company !!!!
