Lovely food, probably one of of the nicest curry and chips I've ever had. Staff are friendly too. Handy as open quite late too for anyone passing by and needing food.

Curry has a layer of grease skin and oil. Who puts peppers in curry sauce.
Made us pay to sit in cost £4 extra.

we called in for a bite to eat earlier today. fabulous cafe with lovely friendly staff. we both had the best plate of egg beans and chips ever, lovely fresh eggs and proper chips. Thank you so much for your welcome, we will be back!

Quite disappointed really as it looks nice on maps.
I had a Dragon breakfast, £9 of food. Mushrooms, 2 fried tomato, 1 egg, 1 piece of toast, 2 sausage and 2 bacon with beans. Very filling but the food quality, especially the sausage and bacon was very poor. A lot of the food tasted as if it had been sat for a few hours including the toast. The sausages were overcooked and burst with the outer skin difficult to cut and an overcooked taste. Bacon was like a piece of old carpet underlay. My partner had a toastie that cost £6 and it was average with stale crisps and coleslaw. It was smokey in there from overheated oil and the windows weren't even open. Service was good and food came quickly - probably because they only fresh cooked the egg and tomato. £18 wasted in my opinion.

The food is OK but my partners sausages were burnt and the crisps and coleslaw that came with my cheese toastie were stale and inedible. My cheese toastie was really small for the price. Definitely not worth £18 I wish we had just gone to McDonald?s on the way home. The place smells like oil really bad as well I had to open a window and there was no napkins so I had to go to the toilet to wash my hands but the toilets weren?t very pleasant either. Not awful but I definitely won?t be coming back. Disappointed as looked nice on the photos.

I've been a few times ,first time I've had a breakfast, I wasn't keen on it myself,didn't like the mushrooms, I asked for a vegetarian breakfast but got a normal one so I dont know if that was my friend s fault,half of it I didn't eat,the rest was OK,I won't be ordering them again.

Good place for hungry bikers going up Black Mountain. Friendly enough. Food uninspiring.
(I didn't have the all day breakfast and maybe should have as it would, at least, be freshly cooked. Had the pie meal. Best avoided. Old kept warm stuff sold for a price which you'd expect fresh food. Everyone else looked happy enough with their food so it could just be me being an effete member of the metropolitan avocado munching brigade. But if you want anything that's not "full English" expect it to be old and not nice. God forbid if you want a salad!)

It's ok. They seem to do a good very variation of food. Its seem to be a bikers pit stop. I only had apple cake and cream and a cup of tea. A tea bag in a cup. No tea pot. I had to as for milk it was not given by lady who served me. I thought Services was bad as I was second on q . When they eventually serve lady in front of me and it was my turn the lady who was serving went away to attend to something else. I had to wait for her to return to get my order. Anyway if I was near it again I would go back. mayby I got them on a bad day.
Parking: Seems to be plenty of free parking around I was on a motorbike
