Disappointed that they send out catalogues, and them don't have the items in stock, and can't get them. Young lady very helpful and sorry that they did not have item.

Called in at the shop last Tuesday to enquire about garden furniture. We spoke to one of the staff, Angela. They did not have the one we wanted in stock. We were advised they would order it and contact us on receipt of the order. Angela called us on Friday to say the furniture had arrived. I paid over the phone and our order was delivered 11am on Saturday morning. Excellent and efficient service all round.
