We run a campsite and a few days ago we urgently needed a replacement Triton water heater so, for the first time since Plumbase moved into LBS Llandeilo, I had reason to use it.The guys were brilliant, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. As a result of their help I had a new unit in place within 24 hours - Fantastic customer service and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone.Very Many thanks.

ALL Staff continue to be very helpful as they always have been since we started supporting LBS in 1996.Great improvements to the Yard shop recently, including a new comprehensive plumbing section.Delivery staff also very helpful.DIOLCH YN FAWR UNWAITH ETO.

A great experience of toxic masculinity at the dreaded builders yard this morning.
It seems acceptable for male staff to use foul language at volume, for a male customer to discuss the insistence of his wife washing clothes by hand while everyone laughs. For the general disinterest in helping female customers.
LBS Ammanford, your Saturday staff are a disgrace.

Great place real friendly staff crazy place to get to but once your there will tip you as quick as possible some great blokes on fork lifts and friendly yard staff nice one.

Followed LBS lorry out of Llandovery yesterday (about 1pm towards, Sennybridge) and watched the driver firstly unpack his sandwich (how was he steering?) and then discard his sandwich wrapper straight out of the window. Classy

I live 8 miles from your Llandeilo branch and after checking on your website saw opening hours for saturday were 'til 12 noon. Both the high street shop and the builders yard were not open. Perhaps updating your website might be a good way of not inconveniencing potential customers.
