The evening staff on arrive were lovely and friendly. The stay as a whole was lovely however we were disturbed twice by housekeeping on the day of departure well before 12pm which is the check out time. We were asleep when they first opened the door without knocking and the second time about an hour later we were getting organised to get up and dressed. Rather disappointing and rude basically ?

Great location right on the roundabout, quiet rooms had a fan in mine which was a nice touch although I didn't use it.
Room had TV, tea and coffee making tray, full ensuite with towels and soap dispensors.
Nearby activities: Nice pub about 10 mins walk and a Doughnut shop on the way

Hotel was ok the lady arranging breakfast was very good ..... one thing to think a out the breakfast cook looked disheveled not a good look for the hotel ..... that standard is very low.

Some rooms are in need of sprucing up a bit, but when you have Lovely Staff that look after you ,it makes up for it , Vicky (Boss) ,Leanne,Jade & Ian are all brilliant & friendly , Simon the maintenence man is a friendly guy as wellGood all round teamI have been working in Wales for 3 years now and have stayed mainly in corbetts lane so it's pretty much central to every where I go .

Don?t want to go home! Made us so welcome, nothing was to much trouble. A big shout out to Leeann, Bev and the lady with the beautiful purple hair at the front of house, you were wonderful. The breakfast was the best, the poor chef that put up with my scrambled eggs, fried eggs and veggie bacon! Nothing was too much trouble ??The rooms were very clean, large and comfortable. Everything we needed. ?? Throughly recommended.Rooms: Very clean, large and comfortable.Nearby activities: Good base for south Wales area.Food & drinks: Great breakfast and next door is a Toby carvery.

Location was ideal for our visit, grandson wasn't too happy that we were on separate floors, staff amazing especially bev at breakfast, love travelling, no complaints, would use again.

Sadly the chef was late for breakfast and nobody had thought to see where he was. So they charged me for 3 days breakfast when I stayed for 2 and had breakfast on one day. Is this deliberate theft or stupidity
