Stopped in for breakfast, i had an Americano and a small Veggie breakfast. The coffee was really good and the breakfast was delicious. It was really well cooked and a good size for me. It was busy and I sat in the shop, initially it was just me there and i felt a bit of a plum, but the other tables soon filled up and I felt OK. The staff were lovely. Recommended.

Cant comment on the food as we didnt get that far. Childish girls behind the counter smirking and giggling. I also got told to put the menu back on the table as the menus were on the wall outside! Not in a polite way either.We walked away and were treated much better down the road at llygad yr haul.

Staff were dismissve and talked about us after we asked about some allergen in food; signs on the menu and walls about to his. We overheard staff members talking to other customers about us after this. I found this to be rude and unprofessional.
Coffee was fine, if a little scalded.
The tables were sticky and the atmosphere was a little oppressive.
Would *not* recommend.

Just finished up having lunch at this lovely Welsh Café. We both had the chicken chorizo ciabatta which was delicious, really good coffee and friendly staff. It was also great to see local products up for sale. We will definitely be back to try some of the sweet treats in the display cabinet. Diolch yn fawr Pantri Llanberis!

We stopped here for a break while cycling. There is plenty of outdoor seating, some indoors too.
Good food, selection of veggie and vegan, had lovely ciabatta.
The loo is clean. Would come again

Terrible!! Staff need some training around customer services, wasn?t even greeted and were sat at some weird table in the SHOP?! Why?!
The decor is drab and boring.. the whole atmosphere is depressing. They have one napkin for 2 people to share and didn?t offer sauces or even ask if the meal was okay.
On trip advisor it claims to be ?friendly and welcoming? but it?s the opposite.
One poor lady came in who was partially sighted using a stick and asked where the toilet was and instead of staff offering to support her they just replied ?outside round the corner? .. how RUDE! She even left.
There was just stuff everywhere, didn?t look inviting but unfortunately after a longs drive and no where else around it was bad luck,
Young girls clearly need some training, it was AWFUL. See for yourself ??

What a delicious lunch. Better than any other place anywhere in the country and I can?t recommend the food enough. Thick ham and cheese ciabatta with an amazing salad. Delicious. And my husband?s Welsh rabbit was the best ever! One of the first completely sunny days so they were super busy and rushed off their feet so there was a wait? but it was worth it. I will say though, to the manager, when your staff are rushed off their feet you need to make their work fun. You need to make them smile, but that was it. Very good indeed

Extremely slow service, unfriendly staff. They didn?t seem to know what was happening. It was busy and these young girls were all coasting around. Got the orders wrong and weren?t very helpful. Waited over half an hour for drinks and an hour for food. What a waste of time!
