Wonderful art gallery and I would have given 5 stars but it was very disorganised today. Impossible to pay for parking via app as there is no adequate phone signal. The cafe is beautiful and has great food, but it was overcrowded and impossible to figure out the system of how to get a table. If it's full I suggest finding a member of staff and asking how to get a table via the complex waiting list system... The painting is the gallery are wonderful, varied and impressive, and with free entry it's a must see. Well worth paying the £5 parking to stay over 2 hours. In spite of a sign saying that the footpaths are open, the best path is not. Well worth leaving the car in the car park and walking down the road to the beautiful Llanbedrog beach.

Great galary and grounds. Decent cafe too. Expect to queue at lunchtime for the cafe - 15 mins for a table for me three so not bad at all.

A wonderful place to spend a good part of the day. There's an interesting gallery with some truly excellent works, plus a café/restaurant and trails to the viewpoint and beach. All in a beautiful location with views you'll surely never forget.

A fabulous art gallery, cafe and gift shop in a beautiful historic house with sea view setting celebrating a mix of artisans, crafts and local heritage. We particularly enjoy the annual summer exhibition here which is varied and joyful. Very friendly staff in the gallery and cafe with affordable art. There is a great cafe in the new metal urchin extension which is worth visiting just to appreciate the architecture! The cafe serves simple fresh food such as quiche, soup, jacket potatoes and sandwiches. Great cakes and gluten free options too with extra seating outside in the lovely grounds looking out to sea. I recommend a mooch around the gallery then a walk to the iconic tin man at the top of the headland.feom the gallery. The path can be uneven and steep in places but is worth the climb to enjoy the panoramic view at the top. Walking distance to the beach and close to a national trust carpark make it a great day out.

We had a beautiful afternoon at this beautiful gallery. Lovely employees, art, stunning building, verdant grounds, interesting history, even majestic sequoia and Japanese red cedar outside to wonder and gasp at. The newly redone tea house was comfortable and we had a nice rest and snack. The wool blankets sold in the gift shop are wonderful quality as are the hand woven chair cushions made by a local artist. We have many happy memories from our visit here.

A lovely all-round experience. The house, gardens and their history was interesting in itself, however, the collection of local artists was impressive and inspiring. The new café was delighted too. A must visit if staying on the Lyn Peninsula.

Excellent place to visit, an art gallery set in a lovely old (renovated manor house). The entrance hall and staircase is worth going to see on it's own, beautifully restored.
The grounds are accessed off the road with plenty of clear signage, and a decent sized car park (the first two hours of the stay are free).
There is no entry fee to the house and gardens, and there is artwork for sale in the gallery, all clearly priced (if a bit out of my price range)!!
There are multiple places to walk within the grounds, something my wife and I would have enjoyed if the rain had not been so persistent.
There is an excellent cafe attached to the house, in a remarkably designed and built structure (which does have the strange effect of echoing and amplifying conversations around the circular external wall & windows....very strange ?
Hot and cold drinks are served all day, and a breakfast menu is also available up to midday, when the main luncheon menu then takes over. The food is very well presented, of good quality, and reasonably priced, and service is very good too. It does seem to get busy at times, but with plenty of seating you shouldn't have to wait to long for a table.
There is a small gift shop adjacent to the cafe which sells a range of well priced knick knacks and locally made produce, and a selection of other gift products.
Whilst all art is very subjective, there is a very interesting and wide selection of art on both the ground and first floor, each separate room concentrating on different types and styles of artwork. The black and white photos of the 1800's and 1900's are particularly interesting, informative, and well laid out.
All in all this is an excellent stopping off point and I would highly recommend if you are in the area.
Do check opening times on Google, as the gallery is sometimes booked out for weddings with no visitors allowed, but I believe plenty of advance notice is given.

Dreadful service from staff with a very poor attitude towards customers. Not one order was correct and so many items did not arrive, despite asking. So disappointing as we?ve always had such a lovely experience on previous visits.
