Group of 5. This was the worst experience we have had in any cafe we?ve been to in years and years. One of us wanted avocado but it came with 2 poached eggs which they wanted to swap for mushrooms. No way would he do that. Dreadful atmosphere during breakfast. He asked if it was all to go on the same bill which we said yes because it?s what we always do. Each of us works out the amount it comes to and we all pay separately plus tip. It was mostly going to be cash with a couple paying by card. He was furious when we came to pay saying why can?t one of you pay the total amount and that he had already asked if we wanted to order separately.
Needless to say we all then paid using 5 cards (no cash and no tip)

We did some research and this place came up as a an option for food and it was relatively close by to our holiday accomodation. We walked in and it was like we didn't exist, nobody came to greet us or even said hello. We sat at a table for almost 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. We just decided to leave, the service was absolutely terrible. Regardless of how busy a place is (it wasn't actually that busy) it doesn't take much to just acknowledge customers and just smile. It was almost comical in the end, I mean how do you run a business when you clearly don't like people ?.

What a lovely place. Lovely setting. Great food. Friendly staff. The outside seating area is amazing. Haven't been for a few years but will be back again soon. Really enjoyed my afternoon there.

Attempted to reserve a table for a large group they said there was no need during opening times, we turned up and they appeared busy. We attempted on a different day in which it was quiet with nobody there in the evening and they mentioned we had to book and reserve.
Clearly they just don't want large groups, I understand that people may cancel, but the simple solution is ask for an upfront fee rather than being difficult, making families and the elderly walk to the restaurant and hitch doesn't want large groups booking or just be transparent.

Beautifully tucked away in a Garden Centre. This warm cafe had a burning log fire and cosy surroundings. The food was lovely, warm, fresh and full of flavour. THE HOMEMADE SCONES ARE TO DIE FOR! Welsh Rarebitt was gorgeous too!

We came here for an afternoon tea for my friend's hen party. They went all out and made an excellent spread for us, and accommodated all our food intolerances. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. We also loved the wood burner.

Called in for a snack and glad we did. It's been a while since we have been here and the food and service is still fantastic. Had the carrot and parsnips soup today with a scone afterwards OMG compliments to whoever made the soup. The dogs loved their sausages. We will be back.

Been here twice this week while on holiday, fabulous food and lovely service. So welcoming and were great with our little girl. Definitely recommend a visit and we will be back when we are next in the area.

Amazing food, tasted amazing, very nice place to visit however upon our last visit somewhat half cleaned cups and it is most definitely on the very expensive side. The prices could be made to be more fairer for a cafe.
