I live in Rectory Avenue in Hakin where your team have been working. I was struggling to get out of my car this morning (I have arthritis). One of your workers came & asked me if I was ok & could help me. He asked if he could carry my bag & walked me to my house. He's quite tall with light ginger hair & a gorgeous Irish accent.
