Wonderful, friendly, community run, shop/cafe serving delicious home cooked food. The real coffee was massively appreciated and the crumble and custard a real treat. We only wish we hadn't already bought our lunch elsewhere. We'll be back. THANKS!

An excellent place to stop if you're backpacking the Offa's Dyke trail, but obviously a great local asset as well. Nice cafe, good selection of basic foods and friendly volunteers and other local people.

What a super friendly place, always ready to help

This is such a warm.and welcoming shop and cafe, run by volunteers from.the local community. After a day of walking Offas Dyke we were glad of a sit down, a mug of tea and some delicious bars brith, all served with a smile..
The shop has everyday essentials, fresh bread and some Welsh souvenirs and local produce too.
If you are nearby, we highly recommend you drop in and support them

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for your hospitality and offering to make us up a scone with a pot of clotted cream and choice of jam, which we thoroughly enjoyed once we reached the summit coed moel famau.
We have now completed the Offas Dyke Path and hope others know you have a great shop and cafe!

Lovely little community shop and cafe in an old school. Serving light meals and cakes. We didn't try the food so can't comment on it. Eat in or takeaway. Toilet. Parking opposite.
