Fantastic service.Went in for a remap on the civic and discovered some slight engine issues. Was advised to get them fixed and come back for remap and was not charged for the health check on engine at all. Arrived an hour early and was incredibly well accommodated. Will 1000% be coming back after car is sorted and already advised track team to use as main tuner from now on

I'm sure these guys know their stuff, I went here because I read the reviews and they looked really good! I had an issue with my Adblue system.The trouble I had is that I was booked in for Friday at 13:00 and when I got there 10 mins before, they were shut for the weekend by the looks of it. The customer entrance was locked, I tried knocking on the door and phoning the number that has called me the previous day several times over a 40 min period and had no luck. Left a voice mail and eventually just cut my losses. I figured I'd leave it until Monday to see if they would phone me back to apologise for the inconvenience and to see about potentially rebooking but not had anything at all. If there was an emergency, I get it, but not a word.Like I said, I'm sure these guys know their stuff and that their customer service seems good based on the reviews. On this occasion, very disappointed.

I had Jack out today to do what he does best. For me with no knowledge of this type of work, he was 'exactly as it says on the tin' the man is a magician. The ECU problems that have plagued my car from purchase are completely cured. He was on time, polite and courteous. My Mazda has NEVER driven or performed this well. Again THANK YOU Jack for peace of mind and giving me confidence back in my car, And at least £150 cheaper than all the other remap centres I approached, Tyson, Bristol.

Very enthusiastic, helpful and professional people to deal with. From the initial response to my email I was impressed. Engaging and helpful. Turned out that my car was already mapped ( which I suspected) so was only charged a slot and Dyno. Worth mentioning they don't have a conventional Dyno rolling road. They have a piece of kit that bolts on the car. It does however still seem to give an accurate appraisal of your cars Bhp and torque on the road. I was emailed a graph and information confirming all the figures. I would definitely recommend this company.

Awesome job with the car! Helped remove a remap on the car and helped with the EGR solution, gave the car more power and paid a lot of attention to detail with the car with extensive diagnosis and checking the car ran properly before sending me home with it, will definitely be using them again in the future, great group of lads there, all very knowledgeable

Visited jack today with a Grandland x that was suffering NOx issues due to the adblue system, I already knew the main stealers would be rubbing there hands together so after cleaning the urea injector, resetting codes/adaptations i decided to take it to Jack. Hour later cars back to normal and no more NOx issues can't fault jack he went above what most in the industry would he was happy to cross reference diagnostic results first confirming everything we had suspected was correct and then was able to advise on the best course of action which also matched what we had planned. Had an appointment this morning at 09.00 just leaving now at 11.14 tried ringing and messaging and no answer. Another gentleman came up here to have Work done at 10.00 he?s just leaving now. don?t understand why he booked me in and didn?t turn up a simple message saying he wasn?t gonna make it would have been great avoid this at all cost. Plus I spoke to his neighbour factories, and apparently he does this all the time

Highly recommend this company! Jack was super helpful, very knowledgable and a real nice lad! Has an issue with Adblue fault and NOX emissions sensor on my Mercedes C Class convertible (2018) which super stressed me out all week. Jack used his diagnostics and knowledge to troubleshoot issue and resolve by clearing alarms and resetting on the diagnostics kit and in the cars engine management system. Cost £60 which was a snip to what I?d have payed with Mercedes. Very happy and really impressed, thanks Jack.Services: Exhaust

Amazingly prompt service - Jack was alegend and a thoroughly nice chap. Great price, great job and saved me £1500 on replacing the AdBlue pump on my car by mapping out the system as well as getting me out of a very sticky situation when I needed the car for a long journey - stage 1 mapped also - car is so much nicer to drive now ???

absolutely shocking service!it's been over a month and I finally today had enough and got someone else to do the job!communication is appalling!was promised week after week that he will complete the job.wouldn't answer any calls.has done absolutely nothing.was supposed to tow car to his garage a week ago, drove past and OF COURSE car hadn't moved!!save your money go to someone reliable ?its been 5 weeksI'm sure we have more excuses to come
