Visited over the Xmas period / light showMy year old daughter really enjoyed this and the reindeer teddy she got as part of the package is treasured by her.If possible, defo try and go and see the Xmas lights when it?s a little darker to enhance the experience- was still quite bright when we attended. There were a number of rides and the food stalls were decent! Well worth visitingAt least once!

Overpriced and way too short. If it wasn't for the sheer number of cars we would have been through it in 15 minutes. Just short of £100 too!

A lot of money for what it was, not worth it.

We have been here for the past 3 years but unfortunately our 2023 experience was so disappointing. They've changed so much that it is now all about 'up-selling' rather than actually the experience you've already paid for. The 'drive-thru' takes 20 minutes and that includes the 'show' at the beginning - which has now changed from a fun panto-like show to just one person on the stage asking you to flash your lights and are you excited? Then off you go. You stop at various points on the drive to then watch a TV screen of pre-recorded story and watch a train or a plane move... The drive-thru used to go through little Christmassy cottages where you could see elves busy in workshops but that isn't there anymore - instead it's part of the walk through element. You're asked if you want to buy food or drink, to have a photo taken, to pay for your photo. Father Christmas doesn't ask the children what they'd like for Christmas but instead tells them to tidy their rooms, be good and to put out a snack. There's not any back and forth. The children were all given the same toy this year - a fluffy reindeer, which is cute, although one had a hole in. You drive through some lights which are nice. Then it's over. You've paid £87 for a family of 5 to spend 20 minutes watching pre-recorded content. Where are all the interactive elves from last year? The cosy Christmas cottages? The fake snow?? Ahhh they're now part of the funfair side of things where you're charged £3 a ride. It's so disappointing to spend that much money. If you want to go to a festive fair, then there are many more to choose from where you don't have to pay £87 first. We used to like that this was all within the car so it's fully enjoyable no matter the weather and it's safe and 'easy' to do with children with disabilities. I wish they hadn't changed it, I can see it all as a big money-making scheme now - replace the show with just one person. Replace the fun interactive elves throwing parcels to each other on the ride to just a TV screen talking at you. Such a shame.

First thing to say is I went with a pessimistic mindset as I had seen the reviews and was concerned but it was nowhere near as bad as made out. Yes its busy. Yes it would be over in 10 mins if it wasn't for stopping and waiting but my 3 year old loved it! And thats what its about! Food and drink is expensive but no different than would be expected at any other attraction or xmas market. Rides are mostly 1 token and 3 quid a token

We've been here tonight. Shocking. Arrival time 6.40. Finally entered at 7pm after bumper to bumper queues. Took over an hour of bumper to bumper queues to travel approximately a mile and a half. Literally if we were the only car it would of taken 5 minutes to drive round. Traffic lights stop you, you get to look at a "please wait here sign" for 2 minutes. Then they play an animation on a screen thats around 3 minutes long, lights go green, 4 or 5 cars can go then back to red, watch the "please wait here" again then the animation again. Repeat this about 6 times with a few ligjtsand a paddock of reindeer in between and then see santa at the end. Rip off for the price. Lights we did see were not even that good I'm fuming

We went yesterday bit disappointed to be honest, when we arrived it was backed up right down the road finally when we go to the gate a guy asked for our tickets to scan and said carry on. We then waited another hour, at this point we should of been told whats going on, very disappointing and no wel organised. You basically wait in a que until you watch a 3 minute show, then it's stop start constant. When we parked up we went to the little shops and fair very expensive £7 for a baileys hot chocolate £8 for a hot dog! There where tiny cabins to sit in whilst eating would of been better if they had a heater in there, as it was absolutely freezing cold. The good points, santa and Mrs clause where great you drive by them in your car. Received a teddy for each child.Overall very hectic to drive an hour each way and all the quing and waiting round, won't not return

Well that?s 2hours of my life I won?t get back. Disorganised and poorly managed. P**s up in a brewery springs to mind. Waited nearly an hour to get in after arriving at the booked time slot. Herds of reindeer the brochure promised. We counted 3. The rest of the time spent in a giant traffic jam, nose to tail, wishing the car in front would just move. At least we missed Eastenders, every cloud eh!

Time slot was 4.40pm, finally on our way round at 6.10pm with very little communication about the delay. Once on our way, we had done the drive thru and walked around the little village by 6.50pm. Really disappointed in comparison to last year. Have emailed feedback to give Reindeer Lodge the opportunity to respond but no response received.2 screens didn't work, the sound didn't work on one animation, several light installations not on and there was a countdown to nothing in the gift lift.Extortionate ticket prices, extortionate food/drink and ride prices and nothing complimentary offered after being stuck in single file for an hour and a half with no way out with two grumpy, hungry children. We won't be returning.

Really terrible. Two hours to get in with no apology or explanation. Got let in after half an hour, given the impression all was well only to be led into a single lane where we were then trapped for an hour and a half unable to turn around and leave. When we eventually got through the drive round was 20 minutes and then we were directed to the 'village' which is different from the pictures and is all really overpriced. £5 fir a hot chocolate and £9 for a hot dog. The rides are really expensive too. The place seems to be run by young people, who are pleasant, but no doubt cheap and have no customer experience and no idea what is going on or who is in charge. There is no after customer service as almost a week later, I still have not had any reply to my complaints sent via the website, email and messenger. Don't touch it with a bargepole.

We went at 7pm, excellent few hours. Everything is well organised, staff are really friendly and go above and beyond with the children. No waiting time to drive round. The only negative I can give this place is the prices of food and drinks, even tho everything was delicious it's way over priced. For us this is the only thing that let it down.

hardly know what to say - arrived at appointed time of 4 pm with two small children -joined long q which didn't move and finally left at 4.40 having not moved in q. There was a rude man who wouldn't help or tell us what was going on. We returned the next day and again a long q not moving so we turned round and went home.i have emailed twice and no reply and no one answers the phone - I have spent £60 and received nothing!
