The room I was in was old, paint flaking off the wall probably because of damp. I have switched off the heater and opened the window , while outside was 13 Degrees inside was still 24c. No Aircon In the room.

Poor Internet WiFi in my room, constant cars going to mcdonalds heavy goods vehicles unloading twice within 4 nights there. Constant loud exhaust engine noise feom boy racers. Ranks bottom 2/15 premier inns I've visited.
Rooms: Basic premier inn room poor all round needs updating no Air con in room. Smells of sewage if the windows are open when you go in there due to beefeater,motor way and mcdonalds smells

Got to say for a night away for work was spot on room clean, staff friendly.
Got a good nights sleep for the next day.

Went in pub next door for meal. Did NOT use Premier Inn Hotel.
Food and drinks: Nice meal but long wait to be served.

Easy to find, clean rooms, lovley breakfast.
Little messy on booking in, was not shown to register parking and did not see signage until checking out as reception staff had put booking forms over the sign on desk asking you to register your reg number.

There is no aircon so the only way to cool the room was open the window but then you get the traffic noise from the motorway. Otherwise everything was as expected.

Very clean, very friendly & welcoming staff on the check in desk.
Rooms: The usual Premier Inn standard, clean & comfortable beds
Nearby activities: Handy for the ICC, and a short drive to the roma n ruins at Caerleon or a little further to Newport
Food & drinks: Breakfast served across the car park at the Beefeater, buffet at the weekends & table service on weekdays

23C in room at 2330 in house Aircon/ cooler not working supplied with a cheap fan that sounded like a Chinook. Duvet was so thick Scott of the Antarctic couldn't sleep with it on. Possibly the worst Premier Inn I've stopped at. But it's in a great place if you're traveling into Wales!

Stayed here for one night and no issues at all.
Check in was quick and easy.
Free parking (but make sure you put your reg into the computer in reception)
Room was very much like all premier inn's we've been to, and perfect for a night or two. Plenty of room, a few hangers, TV, comfy bed, nice bathroom with good water pressure for the shower, nice shower gel and soap, and everything seemed very clean.
Restaurant next door, as well as Costa and McDonalds 30 second walk from the hotel.
Would happily stay here again next time we're in the area.
