“Just completed on a house purchase via this agent. Not quite as nice an experience as we expected. House description wasn't entirely accurate on a couple of things. Incorrect information given when we asked questions. No effort to gather in all the keys for the property; they gave us just one front door key and we know there are at least two others, maybe more. Cost us £110 to get the front and back door locks changed on arrival. Staff are lovely and friendly though.”
