Lampeter medical practice what a joke talked to Dr Shing on the phone told home what was wrong with me he said I can?t do anything with out a sample so I took one in on the Wednesday was told to ring back in 24 hours so I didn?t then was told to call back Monday didn?t even ask to see me a lot worse now and sitting in A&E

This doctors is a joke phoned now 3 times they are rude on the phone telling me I?ve got to wait 3 weeks for a appointment won?t let you talk to a doctor on the phone every time you go in there it?s the same people in the waiting room the receptionist just stand there gossiping about people

I have always received amazing care from drs nurses and even receptionist.I can?t thank them enough each and everyone of you go above and beyond for my family.when ever we?re unwell as a family the drs listen to all our concerns and they go above and beyond to treat us.we feel very fortunate to be looked after so well by you all.Thank you ??xxxx

Unfortunately not a good one my name is Jill Allen and with both lady doctors I have had a very poor exsperince...to say I'm unhappy with the care system is a huge understament ... cannot get an appointment...the government is looking into this running the gauntlet system that does not work ...it's a lottery to get through on the phone call ...and when you do there are no appointments left....reviews need to be looked into with this doctor's not good .

Staff, nurses and doctors have always been very helpful. I use the e consult form most times and find it helpful to put down information in my own time. Gives the doctor background information before a telephone consultation or appointment. Also, you don't always need a face to face appointment

U should take repeat perscrshipnes over the phone when people cant get to uMy name is Jennifer Browne and i live in mascarder and I cant get 2 u that is why I ring to order new asma pumps my exam cream and my medical shampoo every other doctors and pharmacist take calls over the phone
