A welcome stop off for the flagging biker. Peaceful, relaxed and very good food offering.
Spelt cheese toasty was just the filler we needed - lots of gooey cheese & homemade slaw.
Thanks v m.

Popped in for a pot of tea after a busy few hours. Absolutely lovely. Kind welcome, peaceful atmosphere, total absence of pressure, delicious spearmint tea. Just what the doctor ordered! Didn't have food but the menu looked well thought out and good value. I'm not in Knighton often, but I won't forget this place. Thank you.

A friendly welcome, lovely food, real loose leaf tea, most buttery tea cakes you've ever seen, and tasty spelt sandwiches.

We were recommended by the florist to try this cafe cum gallery. It?s a destination in itself! An eclectic mix of antiques, gifts, crafts and local books you can browse for ages before or after being served with drinks and snacks. Unfortunately we didn?t try the homemade bread and cakes as we didn?t want to spoil our early lunch but they did look tempting. Instead we just had tea and coffee sitting on the Lloyd Loom chairs in the window. The owners were very friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy the company of their customers. Couldn?t be more different from the corporate coffee chains in bigger towns.

Having visited during every one of our MANY holidays in nearby Clun, we love the food, the ambiance and the gifts. The quality of the home made food, in particular the soup and bread is fabulous. Welcoming and smiling service adds to the reasons to visit. A gem of an establishment, you must experience.
