Went to the farm today for lamb feeding, the children had an amazing time but the adults did too! Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area. Stunning location and gorgeous views!

Rooms: Found Backpackers Barn basic but, ultimately, functional & what it says on the tin.

Lovely site. Large areas to pitch up away from others. No electric hook up but it was not needed with having a microwave, kettle, freezer and fridge on site. Facilities spotless. Buildings had lots of character. Site surrounded by trees and had a river running past it. Fantastic place for a walking holiday and only a ten minute walk from pubs and somewhere to eat. Can also recommend the Saffron Indian and Horse and Jockey pub.

Simply stunning with excellent facilities. A nice walk into Knighton for pubs and shops. We had local cider and pizza at the Horse & Jockey. Very good indeed and 1 pizza did both of us.

Stopped here whilst on a road trip through Shropshire and Wales. Was a last minute booking (literally whilst 20 minutes away from the site)This turned out to be the nicest, friendliest site of our whole trip. The facilities are some of the best I have seen. The owners are lovely people, and the actual site itself is beautiful. The only potential downside is there are no electric pitches, however there are communal charging points. We had no issue with this at all but might be an issue for some.

Beautiful area. I will be coming back next year. Toilets and showers are perfect, plenty of different fields to choose from. Scenery and the surrounding area is just wonderful. Only a short 10 minute walk from the town centre but you wouldn?t know it as it feels very remote. Land owner is lovely and she has a sheep dog who roams around and occasionally says hello, she?s very very friendly and loves a good belly scratch.Communal fridge and cleaning area which is always tidy. Would highly recommend this place to stay if you like walks and the fresh outdoors.

What a fabulous campsite. Great pitches, new toilet and shower block, fridge and freezer, sockets to charge devices, easy to find and within walking distance of the town. Roxy was really friendly and helpful, she never seemed to stop. Really lovely short walk that goes through the campsite and takes you on Offa's dyke along the river and into Knighton. A huge coop that has everything you would ever need, including camping supplies and clothes etc. About 2 minutes down the road. Also lots of walking that can be done straight from camp. Will be booking for a week next year. Thanks Roxy

Stayed here over 3 nights for a University society camping trip, and the campsite was great in every way. The owners were friendly and accomadating; the site was beauitful and well kept; the facilities had everything we needed (with excellent showers) and were well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay at the campsite and will hopefully come back next year!

We stayed here as a group of 10 friends from all over the country. There was lots of space to pitch our tents and even a picnic bench we could borrow. Toilets and showers were lovely and clean and there was communal washing up, fridge and freezers, charging point and a kettle! A lovely campsite all in all, but be mindful it is next to a single track bit of railway.

A very relaxing laid back campsite. Choose your own pitch, lovely riverside and great views, especially enjoyed the swooping house martins in the early evening. Offas dyke and other nice walks from the site, but convenient for the town too. Loved the train carriage running by the site every couple of hours. Facilities good. Thank you for a lovely stay, shame about the rain!

Roxy is a great host. This is a very relaxed campsite and is kept pristine. New showers and loos with a great washing up area with a fridge, freezer, kettle and microwave. The river that runs past the site is delightful. The train track that runs alongside the site is not busy, making the occasional train a matter of interest rather than annoyance. A 10 minute stroll into Knighton for a great selection of pubs and local shops.
