Booked my vehicle in to be repaired and waited a week for it to be seen had the vehicle for 2 days which I rang them on both days to see how they were getting on and they said it would be completed on the 2nd day but when I rang back later in on the 2nd day they hadn't even touched my van. So there was simply no point having a booked appointment when neither of the mechanics had interest at looking at my vehicle and I use my vehicle for work so had to suffer for 2 days for my vehicle to be repaired and the garage didn't even look at it. Awful business would not recommend

Absolutely a Best garage where I ever take my car..staff are very friendly they do a professional job and they always fair with a customers? Highly recommended for everyone ?????

Broken down in the mild of the might in a moter home with three children under 7 two with adhd and one with autism and adha and reduce moter skills, I messed up my recovery and I'm a auto moter home they didn't nothing to help, I fact just dragged me of their land to a council car park you can't stay in over night and is pay and display when I said I don't wnat you toeing my vehicle please and their refused to listen. The Lady that seem to own the garage was very rude and unhappy of our being their even when we were doing everything we can to get our self's move. Turns out it's a low pressure fuel pump and their could of order me the part and I could. Of fitted it, instead their harassing us to move. Wouldn't go near this garage unless you want rude service not a single person in the village we spoke to had a good word to say about them or their garage. This is a honest review

Never use this garage. Having said they would scrap my Skoda for me, they have instead repaired it and ?sold? it with me still registered as keeper. I now have a penalty notice from Bristol Council for violating their clean air zone on a day I was working in Shrewsbury. Beyond disappointed in a local business I will never support again

Richard works very hard above and beyond his duty for his customers. And always with a very cheerful attitude. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly.

Really pleased with my first visit to Norton's for a service on my car. Price was a lot cheaper than I expected too. They did a great job. Lovely staff too.
