Yet again Connor has failed to deliver to the right address. Taken totally wrong picture of the wrong house and carried on. Never have this issue with Jason. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my parcel. Thanks Connor!!

Twice in the last few weeks we have had parcels delivered to the wrong address. Todays one we have no idea where it is as we don't recognise the location from the photograph but another was recently left outside a closed hairdressing salon on a Sunday!!! And to illustrate the idiocy, we're a very large pub just 200m away from where it was left! Plus, on the DPD app we have input a photo of our pub and out what-three-words. A total disgrace of a courier business.

Drove straight past my house without stopping, then said he couldn't find it. Not once, but 3 times. Ignored the fact that it was clearly marked " Next Day". Absolutely abysmal service. Avoid.

I had a message saying that I had missed my delivery. I had been waiting for it so the driver must have knocked extremely softly. After this I cant talk to anyone so I can collect it. I know can't get my parcel for at least two weeks because I work away (that's why I arranged it for today) ridiculous service. Kinmel bay depot.

Given a one hour delivery slot from DPD for a delivery today to be made by Aaron. So waited in only half way through got a message again to say sorry we missed you with a picture of a random house. No house on my street looks like it. Contacted the chat and spoke with Zaiba who said the depot would be in touch within the hour and surprise, no contact. It was like pulling hens teeth to try and get a complaint number so not surprised not surprised no call back. Webchat just fob you off

Extremely disappointed with the service from DPD Kinmel Bay. Was due to have a parcel delivered from Amazon (next day delivery) on Sunday. Email from DPD on Sunday to inform me that it would not arrive!I emailed/messaged back on the appropriate forum to inform them that I wouldn?t be there. Asked to change place of delivery. (Have proof of this!)My message was completely ignored. Parcel delivered to wrong place, left outside with no one there to receive it for days! I am furious! Have tried phoning Kinmel Bay, obviously, no answer!! SO frustrating!! Avoid using !!

Wasn't given a time slot as expected. I received a message saying "Sorry you were out" showing a photo of a house about ½km away. Went there to enquire, no calling card left, residents had been in all day, their car can be seen in the photo. Delivery supposed to take place tomorrow, question is where too? If I was able to leave 0 stars I would have done so.

I had to give 1 star to leave a review or I wouldn't of left any, parcels due for delivery yesterday (friday) only 1 parcel delivered the other got sent to Birmingham so I was told it would be delivered Saturday, Saturday morning got a message that my parcel was in local depot 10 mins down the road but won't be delivered now till Monday as there is a problem, I can't go and pick it up as the public can not go to the depot so I have been told. This company used to be very good but is going down hill very fast.

Awful experience. Waited for a parcel. Driver said they couldn't deliver as wasn't in and dumped at post office. But we were all in and have a ring doorbell. He never attempted to deliver, was easier for him to dump a load at local post office for customers to collect. Awful. When collected even post office staff said this driver drops off loads of parcels saying not in.

have always sung DPD praises as my deliveries have always been on time within the hour slot. However yesterday while waiting for the delivery I was updated there would be a delay, but would still deliver by 7pm. at 7.10 received notification, that the driver was unable to deliver due to a situation in the area. Today my delivery was scheduled for theis afternoon, then I get a notification of yet another delay, but will try and deliver by 6pm. I contacted customer services, they informed me yesterday the driver had a puncture. Today the driver ( a different one from the previous day) has had a break down. I can understand a situation can arise but twice in two consecutive days, is hard thing to swallow. If DPD does not deliver, I will have to inform the retailer who sent me the package, and see where we go from there.Update; well what do you know, just had an update at17.30 my parcel delivery has YET AGAIN been delayed due to an unexpected issue, delivery now due Sat 8th July. Don't think I will be holding my breath for that to happen.

My mum went to the depot yesterday to collect a parcel and the woman she spoke to in the reception office was more then vile with her she slammed the door in a 75 yr old ladies faceI hope her bosses will see this on cctv.

Driver claimed to have delivered a parcel but I have a camera on my gate and he hadn?t been anywhere near my house on a Sunday 28th May, so he falsely claimed delivery (no doubt to achieve his and managers bonus targets) and then left it in a shop 2-3miles from my house.I phoned to ask for it to be redelivered to my house but the woman on the phone said it?s not an option and I need to contact sender to sort it out and then mid conversation hung up the phone.I have given a 1 star as this is the lowest you can give but they simply don?t deserve the 1 star

Still waiting for parcel a month after paying for next day delivery. Tracking hasnt changed since it 'left the depot'.Customer services is useless, can't speak to a person, phonelines auto hang up, hoping I can get my money back from the bank as DPD have clearly 'lost' my parcel. Baffled by how this company can get away with how it operates!
