Fabulous service all round, great customer service from beginning to end. So pleased with my new stairs and landing carpet! Jay ensured there were a few days in between lifting my old carpet and fitting the new one (so I could paint my woodwork) and then the fitting by Barry was immaculate, incorporating the runner style and using the carpet clips that were already - fully recommended :) (oh and they fitted me in before Christmas!)
