Would just like to take this opportunity to personally thank Claire the Pharmacist for her very professional help and advice. I recently had a consultation which flagged up other issues. Claire's help and guidance provided me with the encouragement to persue these concerns. This lead to a diagnosis at the local GP the next day. So kind, helpful and caring. A real credit to her profession. Excellent customer service from everyone who works at the Chemist. I would highly recommend a visit for help and advice. ???

A totally shambolic and disorganised establishment. Over 48hrs to dispense a prescription and it still wasn't ready. Called in on 16.08.23 with 4 people in front of me. All told the same thing, " prescription not ready'. I have never experienced a place like it. The pharmacist and dispensers are absolutely rude and arrogant with no customer service skills.

Have always had issues with this pharmacy whether it be over medication or staff. I find some staff very rude to talk with, they leave you feeling upset and inadequate and have to go else where for more help and advise. Was so glad I moved pharmacies. Manners or respect do not cost anything.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed a emergency supply of my medication as I forgot to pack it. This was the closest pharmacy so I popped in to see if they could help. Had the medication I needed within an hour, couldn't be more grateful.

It's a boots! Not a lot else to say. Same quality as always, and large enough to have the extras that you miss in smaller towns. But pharmacy service is atrocious. Understaffed and wholly inadequate to demand in the area. Monthly prescriptions are continuously late, never answer phone when calling to find out if my prescription is finally in yet (live out of town, so need to call before driving down)

Staff are very rude, takes forever to get seen to due to the one in one out policy and never have the medication I need on time!!Manners don't cost a thing.
