Great store well stocked plenty of bargains and lots off good wines and spirits and the great thing is the garage as there is not one foe a good 6 miles should have built it many years ago when a petrol stn was there.

Today (13th sept) I was served by Wendy at the Pizza Counter and she was ace! Really friendly, great customer service. Credit to the store to have someone as friendly as her working for them ? I just had to leave feedback! Thanks so much.

Placed a click and collect order while on
Holiday with my family for my husband to collect for a time slot I paid for. This time slot was a half an hour one 4:30 until 5.00. He arrived at 4.50 to be told the order wasn?t ready As there was a technical issue with printing off the tickets. He was also told it would be about 15 minute wait from the time he arrived. He was waiting for over an hour. When he finally returned with the shopping to our caravan, our children where upset and hungry as we were waiting for the shop to make our tea. And this is when I realised around 12 items were missing. I?ve then had to ring Asda to explain what happened, I had to go through every item That they had missed off the shopping to be told that I could only have a refund and they won?t be able to deliver the items to the caravan Because they had Finished Click and collect shopping.
This really Upset me because I then knew I had to go back out shopping to get all the items that were missing and they had already wasted so much of our time at the start of our family holiday. I was given a £5 voucher for my next online shopping at Asda. However, I do not think £5 covers the upset caused and the time wasted especially when I had paid for that particular timeslot and then had to go out and shop for items they had missed from our shop.

Very very poor service, delivery was 1.5 hours late at 8:30 in the evening. £34 worth items missing. The app was down so couldn?t get a refund. THAT WAS 4 WEEKS AGO STILL NO REFUND!!! Customer service, no help 2 weeks phoning the store STILL NO HELP OR REFUND!!! All they say is they can?t do anything.

I've never seen toilets as bad as they are here absolutely disgraceful for a supermarket, dirty and smelly and by the looks of it homeless are sleeping in there as well.

Very nice and modern looking Asdas. However, it did not have any hot water bottles or lamps.
