Really good home cooked food, with generous portions. Had the lamb chops, were absolutely beautiful! Really busy place so better to book, we went two nights on the trott, they went out of thier way to fit us in.

Have been visiting this place for many years, the food is 10/10 I couldn?t recommend it enough & the service from the whole team is always perfect. I always recommend the red lion in llandyfaelog if someone asks where serves good food, all home made which is a bonus & very rare to find these days

The Red Lion is a lovely Pub/Restaurant my first visit and what a lovely selection on the Menu and Specials Board. My Starter was Laverbread Bacon and Cockles with Bread Roll and Butter delicious.
I selected The Roast Duck with Plum Sauce, vegetables and Chips. What a beautiful meal this was. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was dining with family and they all agreed what an excellent meal they also had eaten. Well worth a visit you will not be disappointed. Staff are friendly and helpful...nothing is too much trouble.

An excellent experience ,as always. The Red Lion in Llandyfaelog is our perfect place to dine. The welcoming atmosphere and exceptional culinary delights never fail to amaze us. We frequent this resturant/ pub for family get-togethers, and celebrations, also for quiet lunches whenever possible, and the Red Lion has never failed to please. I hardly ever write reviews, but in this instance I would like to give our heartfelt thanks as a family to Sarah and her fabulous team.

We look forward greatly to our next family get together at the Red Lion at the end of the month.

We absolutely loved our visit to the Red Lion, we were a large group of 14 and only booked a couple of days prior but it was packed! The food was absolutely 10/10 so tasty, great portions and all hot and delicious! Staff were lovely, friendly fun and helpful! We will definitely be back if in the area again ?

An amazing little restaurant. Great staff and fantastic food. We went twice in a week. 1 on Sunday and had their roast. Out of this world. Because it was so good, we went back on Wednesday to experience their normal menu. Safe to say, it didn't disappoint. Need to books so you're not disappointed.
