Negative experience.Bad / wrong advice given by assistant.When numbers came up was told wrong tickets had been used very helpful manager stated had been advised wrong.But was powerless to take action without area managers permission.Area manager out of contact for two days , two days of our group of six holiday wasted chasing up problem , also customer service help line premium rate number.Suggest sacking staff who give wrong advice , sacking area manager who cant be contacted for two days .Promoting manger who had the correct attitude to area manager
