Travelling to Ireland by bike on ferry when realised we had lost a key component. Quick call to STS & he said he would have a spare if we called in. 5 mins later back heading to the ferry terminal. Big thanks for the help (for no charge) great to have someone on your side. Will pass it on when the opportunity comes.

Superb business. Competitive pricing, quick and prompt customer service and what I like most is they actually contain a vast amount of stock. Several big brands had items I couldn't get in your traditional outdoor retailers and low and behold STS had all I wanted, and has resulted in spending my hard earned £ here.Often, when there is something I want in future, I usually check here before most places as their loyalty scheme makes it worthwhile and I'm guaranteed good service.

This is a great active sports store based in Holyhead. We were doing the Tour de Mon cycle event and had forgotten some bike gloves. Summit to Sea came to the rescue. Staff are friendly & helpful - definitely worth a visit.

After three consecutive days of punctures whilst touring the Welsh coast, and struggling to find the correct sized tyre for two days ,Ben (staff) not only found me a tyre, he took the time to call me first thing in the morning to let me know and changed it in no time. Great service 10 out or 10.
