Holyhead postoffice for renewing passports is unbelievably simple and efficient. Apparently Tuesday and Wednesday are the best days to do it. We went on a Tuesday and Michelle worked us through the application. Michelle did it on a tablet including the mandatory photographs and the whole application for two people was done in approx twenty minutes. The whole process is then tracked by Royal Mail and our new passports came back within two weeks.
Many thanks for the efficiency and professional friendly approach of Holyhead Post office.

I have visited a few times and nothing is ever too much trouble for the girls. Gillian in particular is always friendly and professional, whether it?s a simple withdrawal or renewing my passport, she always provides excellent customer service. If you need a passport or need to renew one I highly recommend you go to Holyhead Postoffice. Michelle made it all so easy. Which is a real bonus as my husband is in a wheelchair. Now that the process is digital it hardly takes any time at all. In a busy shop and postoffice Michelle and her colleague Gillian worked well together to serve other customers keeping everyone happy. Such a positive experience. Thank you both.

The Post Office website for this branch says they're open all week long, including weekends, until 9pm. I thought it was unusual, but needing to to renew a license, it was worth a try, and I arrived there at 7.30pm (on Satuday night) - having had to travel an hour each way to get there, only to find the post office closed and to be told they'd next be open 8.30 Monday morning. They really need to update their website!

Popped in today to renew my tax on my car and change of address, I was served by a lovely lady called Gillian she went above and beyond to help me, nothing was too much for her. It was a very pleasant experience thank you Gillian.
