It's always a difficult decision when choosing who to market your property with as it can mean the difference between selling your property and not. Also achieving the price you are looking for. I went with John Burnell mainly because it was his business and he wasn't just working for a firm, I believed he would do his very best for a good sale. I am delighted to say that I was not disappointed. John and his team are fantastic, very professional and fair. The lady's in the office are helpful, friendly and always keep you updated.I have had dealings with two of the other Estate agents in Holyhead Town (selling & renting) and Burnells is by far the best. I couldn't recommend them enough. They are first class.

Do not use this agent he has no decency and changes the terms of the contract to suit himself. he has ripped off more than one person locally and after last years experience with him I will never use him again. Steer well clear.
