It's just so lovely. Every village should have one of these. Full of locals and cyclists. Coffee and cakes. Handbags and paintings for sale. Lovely one hanging in the toilet for £800. Though I'm not sure anyone will want to buy it for that reason! ?. Relaxed and comfy. Can't ask more

I ordered afternoon tea to take away. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Will definitely use again and will be popping in for coffee soon xx

Coffee and Cadbury egg Brownies were lovely. Staff very friendly. Sandwiches coming out of the kitchen looked really good. Really nice place in a lovely village.

Went here today for lunch, I?m not sure what was worse, the half portion of porridge I received which clearly came from the pre packaged sachet. Or the BLT which was actually a sauceless, butterless , and practically baconless butty. Let?s call it a Lettuce sandwich, which cost £9.50. The coffees weren?t much better, paid for an extra shot of coffee in each, and still tasted like warm milk. Wouldn?t recommend if your tastes buds are still alive and well.

Excellent flat white, god-tier millionaire's shortbread (I'm a connoisseur) and very nice blueberry bakewell. Yes, I had two cakes. No, not at the same time. In my defence, I was cycling a long way, and this cafe was a very welcome accompaniment to some lovely weather and nice roads. ?
