House Sale - March 2024This was our third time using Lucas Estates for house purchases and sales and as ever the communication was fantastic throughout. The sales negotiator Adam provided detailed updates during the viewing process and feedback was received quickly. The house was sold quicker than we expected and again the level of communication from Adam and the team in the office made the sales process much easier, giving clear detail and visibility of the chain. Highly recommend.

Adam Jones was actually our vendor?s estate agent but he became our ?go to? in terms of helping to shepherd the sale transaction over the line to exchange of contract. Not that I?m ever moving again, but if I did I?d chose Adam and Lucas Estates Agents without a moment?s hestitation!
