Visited store on Sunday morning as my phone would not charge. Simon sorted me out in no time, removing fluff and grit from the charging point and charging my phone. Great friendly and helpful service. He also introduced me to a small mobile router which I am interested in- already use Vodafone mobile router for my rural home where we get good speeds and can now watch iPlayer!

Helpful staff. They can offer advice on any plan you have. They recommend their broadband. Tell you when you can upgrade etc. Wheelchair accessible and pushchair accessible bit small but can fit in

Staff was a great help. Even though the product was not there specialty. One thing I really think Vodafone need to do is insure all there staff know about there V-home products. Also allow people to just buy a Neo watch without an account and activate when at home. Because I never had ID I could not buy a device out right. My partner had to get it. Then I added to my account after, it does not make sense doing it this way.
