“I always donate goods to this shop and Greenacres. Over the years I used to donate to another national charity shop in High Street (not Oxfam as they refused my donations without even looking at them, their loss as I only donate quality items) and did gift aid at both. I was always disappointed at how much my goods seemed to earn at this major charity especially when I saw how much Tenovus was earning for items that were not as valuable, such as books and DVDs. There was clearly dishonesty in that other shop although those responsible no longer 'volunteer' there, so now I continue to donate to Tenovus as the staff are amazing and clearly devoted to helping the charity. They sell quality pre loved items and it is a pleasure to browse in there.”
