Had an emergency appointment at short notice for sight pain/deterioration in R eye. Excellent communication and expert advice and follow-up, even after being referred to eye hospital. The optomistrist very professional, excellent service/ support.

My experience in Haverfordwest Specsavers was very positive. All the staff seemed clear about their roles and duties. There was very little waiting about. The person who examined my eyes was very knowledgeable and took a holistic approach, asking questions about my eye history and other relevant medical factors. Everyone was helpful and polite, but I have to say that Caroline, who examined my eyes, was very painstaking and empathetic. Her colleague Chris was also super friendly and understanding. This is possibly one of the most reassuring and thorough eye examinations I've had, therefore have no qualms about recommending them to others.

My recent visits have been very good - from being received in the shop to being told at each stage what was about to happen and chatted to me re the procedure. I felt quite comfortable, even when I had aneasthetic drops. My deteriorating vision was explained to me and now surgery is anticipated and arrangements were made to attend a clinic in a couple of weeks. At each point I was told clearly what was happening and/or would happen and I was told about things in helpful ways. The place was very busy on this last visit!
