Pop Haverfordwest a few times a year to see my parents.
Been looking for a gym to use while I'm here, this place didn't fail to deliver, great kit, great staff who were really helpful.

Great place to go and work out. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would have given 5 stars but the showers and changing facilities smelt of urine and the floor was stained from urine.

Brilliant Gym ran by top people!!! Best gym I've been to for a long time.Its Hassal free with a wide variety of training equipment.

Fantastic gym! Everything you could ask. Immaculate facilities, huge amount of kit accommodating for all abilities, open 24/7, some of the kindest people (staff) always going above and beyond for anything you need. This place has been a little haven for me and my girlfriend. Chris has created a real personal, friendly and welcoming environment. Gyms can be intimidating to some, anyone who is looking for somewhere I would recommend here with full confidence.

Plenty of machines / weights with a good atmosphere. Preworkout drinks, Protein supplements available and merch !! Will visit again for sure !

Great gym,great equipment and very professional staff. I've trained here as a none member tue-fri this week and all of the morning staff and gym customers were great. Really professional. I will 100% be returning on my next visit to the area.
