  I live in London and was treated so well when I went to Ramsdens. The customer service was so amazing, I felt like they need to train the Londoners!!I would recommend a visit definitely! Beautiful gold, amazing prices and friendly staff!

  I can honesty say Vicky in Haverfordwest branch is possible the best customer service person I have meet in a long time .... she could not do enough for me.. put me at ease and had truly pleasant visit to the shop on two occasions ... 100%
