I have used this dealership for my next motability vehicle which I have now collected , the salesman selver went above and beyond helping me choose the right vehicle for my needs , he kept me in the loop with the process and delivery of vehicle. PMS Greens in HaverfordwestAmazing customer service , Kate was fantastic keeping me updated on the repairs on my car, she went above and beyond, they even picked me up from the train station when I came to collect my car. Couldn?t recommend them enough. Fantastic repair job by the mechanics. Very happy customer.

We visited here whilst on holiday in the area to look at one of the Nissan ev?s The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable even though he knew he would be unlikely to secure a sale via us on this occasion. We?ll done PMS as this experience was in stark contrast with another dealership in the local area.

Can I post ZERO Stars for Customer Service?Abrasive. Dismissive, ?customer service?.This was our Experience at the dealership from the ?Senior Service Advisor? who demonstrated zero listening skills. This person blamed other members of staff who had advised us about how long a job would take - and insisted that we had receiving texts ( none were received) with directions to find the garage site, when we explained we had difficulty finding them.The attitude of the staff over the phone in advance of the service we requested could not be faulted, we were on holiday and were grateful for the help offered. We were told in advance a job would take 2 hours but "The "Senior Service Advisor" was abrasive and said the job/ vehicle was booked to be collected at the end of the day - rather than ?as soon as it was ready? which is what we had been promised.Attitude. The bad experience started from the moment we arrived and explained that we had difficulty finding the site of the service site - the ?Senior Service Advisor? was aggressive and confrontational. This person behaved in an abrasive manner in front of another senior staff member who did not correct their manner. The Senior Service Advisor did not respond in any courteous way and made me feel I wish I had never set foot through the door.Location: There are no directions to the site and the postcode does not match the location of the service site. Other members of the staff confirmed and acknowledged the location is difficult to find but not the "Senior Service Advisor" - who insisted that I had received these directions in advance via text - but these were not received. Fair enough, sometimes texts don't get through but the aggressive manner and lack of courtesy when I explained the lack of signage was rude.It is in fact possible to correct a Google location and any competent company would do this.The service. The company took 6 hours to do a job that we had been advised would take 2 hours. They did not charge us more though but pointed our that they had made no money on the job. I am sorry about that. But it was not necessary to make a customer ?feel bad? simply for booking some works that they mis-judged the time it would take.We were offered a free lift into the town in advance of arrival that day and they did exactly that. Thank you.Conclusion. The company did a good job on the mechanical tasks, and all other members of staff were a pleasure to meet. What a shame they are let down by a Senior Service Advisor who does not appear to be well suited to a front of desk position and let down the business with their aggressive ?tone-deaf? behavior.We paid our bill in full and are grateful for the mechanical works but not by the attitude of the Senior Service Advisor which is surprising for a registered Nissan dealer.We would recommend they correct their Goggle maps location and erect some simple signs to help new customers find them more easily.

Friendliest and most helpful dealership I've ever been to. They made my daughter and I feel extremely welcome, did all they could to help us and left there feeling like we'd just gone there visiting. Cannot stress enough how much I would recommend this dealership.

If u are looking for the best place to buy a new or used Nissan than look no further I can say with complete confidence you could not find better.The sales team have a unique mix of knowledge and experience, able to answer any question put to them with ease, at the same time not being pushy.. They have always been kind and very helpful.. Nothing has ever been too much trouble..and I have been Trouble!!!. The dynamic duo that is Selver and Kevin have been without a doubt... Simply the best... Wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else.. So thank you both.. For taking the time.. To makesuch a difference to the lives of two disabled guys... You are both hero's...

So far, I just cannot argue with the place. A great guy helping me called Selver, he had helped me a lot and compared to a few other places, I haven't felt uncomfortable, rushed or judged. He needs a pay rise. Other places have made me feel rushed or judged. I've hated my experience in other places.So cudos to this place. I can't go to make places on my own, especially without losing my head, but I feel pretty comfortable here. I've gone in a couple of times just got a bit of company and chat, I don't feel like I'm out of place. It's very rare I get this, so good on this place. 100% recommended.
