Terrible service, waiting there by the counter this morning, next in line to be served. Waiting 5 to 10 minutes there. When a staff member eventually came to the counter, asking who' s next , another man pushed in , in front of me. I said I was next in line , and the staff asked me to calm down and had a phone in her hand. I was sworn at and threatened by this other man , and was meant to feel like it was my fault. There is no order in this place at all, nobody knows who is next to be served. Terrible staff since Noots finished there , I'd give no stars if I could

Unfortunately my experience since Wells took over isn't much improved from when it was owned by Nootts. The one glaring downside, other than not requesting my Meds from my GP Practice when I rang them to reorder, is the terrible attitude of the Pharmacist. Absolutely awful telephone manner. Must improve.

The staff in this pharmacy are helpful, friendly and have always gone above and beyond to help me and my family. The abuse they get from other customers is shocking. Witnessed a staff member being verbally abused last week and she handled it brilliantly and with grace. Couldn't ask for better service. Perhaps others could try and be polite to the staff and they'd receive the same in reply.

I am writing this in the hope that someone from Wells sees it and acts upon it. Thankfully we seem to have got through the terrible times where I had to queue for at least 45 minutes outside to pick up my repeats, often in rain and/or freezing cold. I have no idea how older people or limited mobility coped. My 90 year old mother went on her own and was standing outside in the freezing cold. Not good enough. But I do note that recently, things seem to have calmed down. Queues do seem to have gone apart from in the actual shop. My biggest issue is the bank of lockers out the back which were installed a couple of years ago which were brilliant - you received text, could call 24/7 and get your prescription. This stopped working, apparently due to summer heat affecting the controls. GET THEM WORKING AGAIN! It'll stop people coming in the shop and allow patients to get their meds outside of hours which is such a help. Invest some money and make life easier for everyone!

We have had nothing short of a shocking service since Well Pharmacy took over from Nootts. Today was another example of total rudeness and severe lack of customer service skills. My husband picked up my repeat prescription and when we checked the contents, one lot of urgently needed medication was missing. I phoned the pharmacy and after 4 attempts, the rudest, most ignorant woman answered the phone. I explained what had happened and she said that?s not our fault. I said I?m not looking to blame anyone, but we?ve had nothing but problems since Well took over with wrong medication, missing items, or severe delays. I asked could I request the missing item urgently and asked when could my husband come back to pick it up. She started moaning very loudly, to almost shouting level and then put the phone down on me. I subsequently phoned my surgery and explained what happened and my missing item will be ready via them tomorrow! I thinks it?s time we permanently change our requested pharmacy.

Disorganised chaos! Was meant to receive a text update saying nicotine replacement was in to collect. No text, and its Friday on my last patch. Partner went up to collect after calling in advance to check it was ok. Was told yes over the phone only for my partner to be turned away at the pharmacy saying there was no one there to dispense the prescription. Was told that Monday would be the soonest we could collect. All weekend with nicotine replacement. The level of stress caused by this pharmacy has been enough for me to return to smoking. Also was told that may course was nearly coming to and end, even though I am neurodiverse with ADHD and have been told the usual time frame does not apply to me. Her words .... well this is what it says in black and white. Zero compassion. I don't know what's happened to this pharmacy, but it has gone down the pan since moving to Well.

Thought service would improve since Well took over, but as usual, I can have my prescription as theres no pharmacist licensed to dispense it for the 3rd time!! Will be writing a conplaint

This pharmacy failed to provide urgent and serious medication to a customer leaving them in a potentially serious situation over the Christmas period 2022. This is totally unacceptable and very dangerous for the individual concerned.

So sad to see member of staff on there own struggling with massive queues and asking for help from back of chemist and no one prepared to come and help. Queues are getting worse.

Absolutely awful. Lied through their teeth about ordering my prescription in and lied in front of me! Basically said they hadn't ordered it in, yet I drove all the way into town as I was promised it would be there. Disgusting attitude from the young pharmacist.

So just after taking over Noots Pharmacy there is no Pharmacist and Well is shut ..full time worker trying to pick up repeat prescription on a Saturday so out of medication until I can get hopefully time off in the week to pick up my stuff...hope this isn't the way things are going to be ...I would have rather stood outsideand qut gotten my medication in the end ...
