I come here very often as its very convenient with a baby when needing to do a shop & close parking.
The breakfast is always fine and you can't really knock it for price and on most occasions there are two members of staff who are helpful and polite.
I arrived this week for my usual before a shopping trip & the cups on the counter were all still dirty and by dirty I mean absolutely stinking dirty DEFINITELY had NOT been washed properly or pre washed before shoving in the dishwasher. Pink lipstick marks on a them , coffee still in cups dried sugar all around the rim etc - you get the gist of it. I said politely to the woman on the till oh I think these cups are still abit dirty , have they been cleaned yet or shall I wait and she simply did not answer but gave me a disgusting look on response and then talked to another member staff about me infront of me whilst I stood with my baby.
I was more upset with the member of staff and her rude behaviour rather than the actual cups being absolutely vile .
When my breakfast was bought over she couldn't even talk to me yet I still said my thankyou's politely then to top it off I watched two people bring the cups being dirty to her attention in the queue and she didn't even check the cups when I bought it up her behaviour was appalling for someone working in customer service and now I wonder how hygienic it actually is to eat in the cafe if they can't even be bothered to rinse a cup.

Menu very difficult to navigate. Children eat free? Be aware you have to pay for their drink even though it's part of the normal meal deal. I had a lasagne for £7. I asked if chips were included. (Yes) . My total bill was approx £14. Chips were £2.50. (cold). Coffee good. Refillable mugs a great incentive but not enough to make it worth a regular visit.

Do not even bother wasting your time going here... staff are rude, food is shite, tables are filthy... one of the worst supermarket cafes going...if not the worse!!... Staff here should be ashamed of the way this is run, disgustingly bad....something needs to change.

Sunday Roast lunch was not what we were told at checkout told it was half a chicken, came dried out chicken Breast, cauliflower cheese, did not arrive Roast potatoes inedible, york shire pudding was edible overall a dried out lunch think the manager should sit and eat one also wanted a vegetarian option stated on menu Pumpkin, mushroom, roast. Cashier took the order at the till and paid, waitress came to table and told us we don't have that, they didn't know it was on the menu so had a vegetarian Breakfast,

If you?re looking for a cheap and cheerful meal or drink, you won?t get either here. Coffee is tasteless and not even hot, I ordered the breakfast for the money is expensive and I?m not expecting much but the sausages are the size of Cocktail sausages, bacon is so thin, you can see through it And the mushrooms were so dry and shrivelled I don?t know how they were cooked. Needless to say, after consuming this I end up spending a further period of time in Morrison?s toilets Regretting my decision. Not expecting much, but was expecting something edible and it?s not even cheap. Money is better spent going to a local independent Café or somewhere, anywhere else. Do not eat here

We had tuna jacket potato at Haverfordwest Morrisons today and it was shocking. I have eaten these for years and they used to be loaded 2ith tuna, onions and salad. This onetoday had an undercooked potato with a desert spoon at most of tuna with hardly any mayo and no onion.very dissapointing!

Cafe was filthy, and customers had to clean tables themselves. Food took over 45 minutes. When it arrived we have to wait a further 10 minutes for knives and forks. Food was low quality. No apologies from staff re delays and lack of cutlery. Will not be returning.

Ate in, breakfast and kids meal. Literally the worse meal I've eaten (or tried to eat). Dry and cold full English.

Pretty horrendous . No coffee machine and instant coffee offered at the same price. Ordered a mega breakfast foe hubby and a normal one for me. When it eventually arrived, hubby uncovered his sausages hidden under fried bread. Cremated ! When I complained I was offered extra bacon and hash browns. Apparently the sausages weren't cooking properly! Too late to exchange, we left.

No clean tables, no coffee machine and yet again under staffed. I would rather pay extra and get a better service, where the staff weren't so under pressure.

Waited in the ordering queue for at least 15 minutes. It looked there were 2 staff on duty who were rushed off their feet. Eventually I ordered my scrambled egg on toast to be told that it was a 40 minute wait for hot food. It was 12:30 so a lunchtime rush shouldn't really come as a surprise. It's not the staff it's the management who haven't allocated enough people. I'm not going to risk it in future, I'll go somewhere else.
