Took a bit of getting used to as it is laid out differently from my usual Morrisons at Llanelli, for example, beers & wines etc are at the very back of the shop so you want to pick up those last if you have a basket or get them first if using a trolley.

Well Ladies and Gentlemen what can I say about Morrisons,
This is my first Welch Morrisons and what an experience, it is true the Welch are always singing, the staff were grinning ear to ear, the customers all looked happy, for a moment I thought the whole place was going to break out into some sort of musical, people hanging from ropes gliding through the air, acrobats running jumping through hoops, people breathing fire, swallowing swords myself and the Mrs both left this place absolutely buzzing. You'll never experience this in any other supermarkets across the UK.

Nice big Morrisons, but I found less choice than the one local to us (in Hampshire) and seemed to be more pricey for some reason.

Ordered twice online late both times. Rang helpline on second oder gave me two different excuses. Terrible service can't contact the store. Never again total rubbish. Still waiting for our order with no real customer service. DISGUSTING

This 1star is for the Morrison Haverfordwest cafe. (Not the actual shop itself) We have been to so many of their cafes and we have always had brilliant food but I'm so sad to say that hwest cafe is the worst of the worst. Every time we have been, it's been sorry we run out or sorry we are not serving that today. Why on earth advertise food on their menu if they are not going to provide it.. today no Sunday dinner, no fish no lasagne. Place opened at 11.30 we were there at 12 how can they have run out of things in half an hour!! Hubby ordered ultimate bfast, and I ended up with scrambled eggs on toast. Bfast was minus mushrooms, so the lady said there was an extra hash brown. Said thank you, then realised there was no blk pudding or bacon ? just wish I had taken a photo.. before anyone says why didn't you complain.. we did.. the answer we got was we run out !!! Last time we ever go there..

Tables were not cleaned. Service was lackluster and not very welcoming. 30mins for gammon egg and chips. Just gave off the impression of very unstaffed.
