If i could owns greggs it would be this one, always busy and always great food. The lad that served us was training but was a great experience overall, he double checked our food orders and the food was great. Thanks again .

Pretty useless staff. Breakfast time and they'd already run out of most items bar a few stone cold sausages rolls. I ordered an espresso with two extra shots and the lady charged me for 3 single espressos. Very disappointing.

The quality of this place is variable. Last 2 visits have been incredibly poor with the baguette having minimal filling in it, but clear attempts to make it look like it has filling. A lettuce baguette with a smear of other filling. Not going back for a few months.

Not sure how almost all the shelves are empty at 1pm, you'd think they might expect people to be coming in at lunch time.The member of staff that served me was also extremely rude.You'd be much better off going to The Welsh Bakery!

Just had my worst ever Greggs experience in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Along with two teas my husband and I ordered a steak bake and a vegetable bake. As the server put both in the same paper bag we asked, which was which? He said both are steak. I was then given my vegetable bake and asked in vain for it to be heated. We then sat down and tucked into our stone cold bakes. While I ate mine, my husband dumped his. A lady sitting beside us had a similar experience with a sausage roll that she didn't eat.
