Very disappointed went in to sort roaming on my my sons phone to a non EU country and was told there was nothing they could offer.....found this very strange so managed to request a phonecall back from ee to find out there is packages etc. Very unhelpful in the store ?

Very disappointed- been an ee customer since 2011 and my son currently has a pay as you go on an ee sum. He has a problem with the phone and the Google advice is to connect to a computer to sort it out. We are on a camping holiday and I do not have my laptop with me so we went into the store to see if we could connect in...
