“All the staff are friendly. The shop is a bit quirky on the outside it is a Nisa extra but in the inside the store has co-op, Tesco and many more store brands a little old if you ask me. As well as this the shop includes lots of local produce and local bakery items. Overall I would recommend because is it not very expensive and has lost of different brands.”

“On a long journey with numerous roadworks, getting irritable, tired. Arrived at this hotel and the whole experience of the journey was totally forgotten, we were greeted with a smile and a cheerful lady, and due to the lateness of arriving she pointed us to a pub which served a great meal. The room when we got in it was great, clean lots of facilities, extra coffee’s and tea milk at the reception if need (and coffee was needed) clean walk-in shower, clean obviously, massive bed, clean, comfortable, best nights sleep in ages. Definitely going their again and using it as a staying point while touring around Haverfordwest.”

“The owners absolutely lovely, known them for 12 years always made us feel welcome from day 1, always friendly with your dogs aswell. They treat you like family amd for many years have been abused by too many people through no fault of their own, the ones who have abused them are just entitled my husband and i have never had any problems with anyone in that shop and that what makes them so wonderful that they treat you with respect. They are always polite, always got a smile on their face and will help anyway they can. As for the hermes return they didnt have to put that in their shop once again they did it to accomadate their customers it is not their responsability to show customers how to use it they do it to be helpful and kind. We need more shop keepers like these”

“Can't fault it. Always use Scan As You Shop so never have to queue to check out. Everything works OK and can always get what I need! Plenty of parking but advise avoiding parking too close to others as the car park seems to be full of people who have no idea how to park a car in a painted white box.”

“On a three-night self-catering break here in BH. Called in to get some ready meals, newspapers, pasties, pastries and, most essential, wine. Very good selection of everything we needed. And friendly efficient staff. Can heartily recommend.”

“With a few notable exceptions the St David's peninsula is a bit 'hollowed out' of practical or food shops. Bay View Stores is a definite exception.This is a proper local shop. However, not only does it stock a good range of essentials and lots of local produce, but they have an amazing choice of fresh salads, baked products and bread. Most of the salads and other items are homemade.If you're camping, walking or picnicking in the area this is all you'll ever need.Forget Tesco's.”
