I have just purchased a new x box and also purchased an extra controller and charging station we opened the xbox all seems good and is brand new the same for the charging station but as for the controller as the box was opened parts fell out when I checked it you could see that it has been used and broken and probably returned to the Haverfordwest site when my daughter tried to return it she was told that the serial number doesn't match the box so would not exchange it this was less than 3 hours after collection I think the service is disgusting and would advise anyone buying from argos to open the item they purchase in the store in front of the staff and double check the serial number before leaving the store or they will not refund or exchange if it is not correct we have phoned the so called helpline and they were no help whatsoever so with argos it seems to be buyer beware

I have just been to my local Argos store in haverfordwest, I can?t thank the staff enough for the warm greeting and attention to detail to resolve an issue with a product I purchased in July of this year? my item was faulty and the kind staff member could not of been more understanding and did everything in her power to resolve the issue and managed replace my product there and then?I hope this message gets back to the team in haverfordwest and especially the staff member in mention Rhianon your a credit to that store.
