It was a wonderful stay. Donna greeted us upon arrival and clarified the provided dietary requirements. Her attention to detail leaves nothing to chance! The breakfast provided was amazing - locally sourced and cooked to perfection. We even visited Donna's butchers and went home with a month worth of food. The room was exactly as advertised in terms of size and comfort and immaculately clean and well thought through.
Donna was also spot on with her suggestions of places to see in terms of pur preferences and interests.
I can confidently say that our holiday was so perfect largely BECAUSE we stayed at the Estuary Motel.
Thank you Donna and the team. We are definitely returning next time!

Found this gem quite by chance & what a find!
Booking was very easy via their website.
On arrival went straight to the room which was spacious and spotlessly clean. Felt comfortable straight away.
They only cook breakfast which consists of a variety of cooked items,bacon,sausage etc along with toast. No cereals are offered but that didn't detract from the overall experience.
The food is obviously freshly cooked. During breakfast you can order your requirements for the following morning.
Donna & Sylvia were extremely efficient and friendly without being overbearing. It felt like we had been going there for years!
The location is ideal for exploring Snowdonia area including the railways,Portmerion Halech etc. and we spent a few hours on the lovely beach at Tal-y-Bont.
The premises does not cater for children or animals which was a bonus for us but I could see that this would put families off.
Overall an excellent few days and I would recommend without hesitation.
Although they don't provide a restaurant service,there are a plethora of restaurants/pubs/cafes within a short drive (less than 10 mins)that offer very good food.

My stay at the lodge was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was exceptional?worthy of a MasterChef spotlight, with fresh, delicious options that started our days perfectly. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable, especially the king-size bed, which guaranteed a deep, restful sleep. The convenience of parking right outside our lodge made everything hassle-free, no lugging suitcases around!
Donna, the host, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her warmth made us feel so welcome. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall charm of the place. I can?t fault a single thing about our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this gem!

We took a 3 day break to explore North Wales and decided after much looking to book our stay at the Estuary Lodge Motel.
We really cannot praise Donna highly enough, she is the perfect host and wants guests to be treated as she would expect to be treated and this shined through in every aspect of our stay.
On arrival the parking is directly outside of the room, there was no need to check in, just unpack and settle in.
The room (5) all en suite, was immaculately clean and very well appointed with a fridge, microwave, tea coffee and hot chocolate and the best shower I have ever used. A very comfy kingsize bed ensured a good night sleep.
Breakfast was excellent, the menu offers a range of alternatives, Donna was there to welcome us and the service was exceptional. We both had the full breakfast which was perfectly cooked, very tasty and set us up for the day.
The Motel fully deserves the high scoring reviews and we would definitely stay there again when visiting. Thank you Donna for a wonderful stay and for making it so pleasant.

A Disappointing Experience
I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Estuary Lodge Motel B&B, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this establishment to help others avoid the same disappointment.
From the moment I arrived, I sensed something was off. The host was incredibly rude and dismissive, which left a sour taste in my mouth right from the start. It?s disheartening when you?re looking for a warm and welcoming atmosphere, only to be met with indifference and unprofessionalism. The lack of basic courtesy contributed significantly to my overall negative experience.
Furthermore, I found that the establishment does not live up to its advertisements. The photos and descriptions seemed promising, but in reality, the accommodations were below par. It felt misleading, as though the allure of the property was carefully crafted to draw in unsuspecting guests. I left feeling cheated; the amenities mentioned were either inadequate or completely absent.
I also discovered that many of the positive reviews on Google seemed suspiciously paid for or manipulated. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the feedback being presented to potential guests. It is vital to approach these reviews critically, as they do not accurately reflect the true experience you might encounter.
In today's digital age, trust is paramount when selecting a place to stay. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before considering Estuary Lodge Motel B&B. Save your hard-earned money and consider accommodations that genuinely prioritize guest satisfaction and authenticity. My experience was a clear reminder that not everything that glitters is gold.

Such a lovely place with absolutely fantastic service care and attitude. Definitely will come to amazing Estuary Lodge again, this place will remain in our hearts forever. Special thanks to Donna. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, waiting for another holiday to stay??

Estuary Lodge has a very well deserved 4 stars! Donna and her team are just delightful! Nothing is too much trouble for them. Donna also has excellent local knowledge from local walks to doctors info!
The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. Lots of extra little luxuries. The towels are super soft and the beds are super comfy. Good sized mini fridge with fresh milk and bottled water. Good choice of coffees / teas etc.
Adult only guests ensured it was lovely and quiet !
Fresh, local produce is used for breakfast. There's no cereals or fruit and yoghurt etc but plenty of choice for cooked breakfasts.
Lots of info in the rooms. The estuary walk is a must on a fine evening! Beautiful sunset! Great views of Snowdon, Portmerion on the opposite side and Harlech Castle too. Wear sensible footwear though as the sheep graze on the salt marshes! Can be a bit mucky.
The village isn't the prettiest but it's in a great location for getting to so many places! Decent village pub that serves food and a railway station a short walk away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Thank you.

Wonderful peaceful location with excellent service and very clean.
My room had modern facilities and with my car accessible directly in front of the room, this was ideal.
Staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. I can't wait to go back there.

We enjoyed everything about Estuary Lodge. The location was great, it was easy to access other towns and various other tourists attractions. There's a Supermarket which is only a 10 minutes drive away. The accommodation was spotless. Our room was spacious, cozy and comfortable. We had both breakfast and dinner on site. The food was well prepared and very tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Any queries were promptly dealt with. It was also very convenient having our car parked directly outside our room. We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay. The staff ensured that each customer had a personalized service. It was our observation that there was only ONE type of service and that was FIRST CLASS. We would recommend Estuary to any and everyone as you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay last week. Booking and checkin were simple, we loved ordering breakfast online (super easy) and the room was everything we needed. Comfy bed, loved the provision of milk and water. The welcome for breakfast was so warm and the food was beautiful.
Thankyou we will be back. I urge anyone to stay here!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Estuary Lodge Motel, we have stayed there on quite a few occasions over the years, Donna is the perfect host, nothing is to much trouble for her, and her staff are excellent. Rooms are very clean and spacious, breakfasts are scrumptious!
The only problem was we weren't staying there long enough.

Owner and staff were very pleasant and friendly.Motel rooms were lovely and clean and used good quality bedding and towels.Breakfast was nicely presented and very tasty using local or good quality products.
