Had the opportunity to come to Harlech, Wales during October 2023 and stay at Castle Cottage Inn. The rooms are cozy, very cute, spacious, clean, with complete bathroom equipment. Use good quality items. Met the Thai owner, Khun Pattra, very good service. The breakfast was delicious. The location is great, walking distance is close to Harlech Castle and the city, and one of the steepest roads in the world, Ffordd Pen Llech (Harlech, Wales)You can go hiking. You can walk to the beach.Dinner at Pattra's restaurantThe food was really delicious. The bread is homemade, delicious, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, very fragrant with rosemary. We ordered appetizers: Peking duck, very delicious. As for Grilled goat cheese, this one is the best, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Cut it with beetroot and spinach salad, Harlech honey drizzle, you really have to order this dish. The main course is stewed lamb. The meat melts in your mouth, very soft and not smelly at all. If you come to Wales, don't miss the lamb.Chicken katsu, I really like it. The chicken breast is very soft, crispy on the outside, not soaked in oil. The chicken breast isn't dry at all. I secretly asked Chef GIyn Roberts how to make it. Chicken is eaten with steamed rice and curry sauce with cut vegetables. Really delicious, lick the plate5 star service, the owner came to service himself.Aviation Bar has a great variety of drinks. There really are from every corner of the world. There are many corners to take beautiful photos. Personally, I like that there are a variety of beers. Met the owner, Mr. Darrly, who was very kind, friendly, and fun to talk to. We tasted every flavor of beer. Our experience of coming to Wales this time I'm very impressed. One of the most impressive things must be Castle Cottage Inn, Pattra's restaurant and aviation bar.Rooms: The rooms are cozy, very cute, spacious, clean, with complete bathroom equipment. Last night, I had the pleasure of staying at this delightful B&B with my fiancé. We stayed in Room 3 which gives you fantastic views of the north wales coast line and Royal St David's golf course, it was a lovely room, spacious exuding a warm and homely atmosphere. The thoughtful touches, such as biscuits, chocolate, slippers, and toiletries, added to the overall experience. Pattra and her wonderful team were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The restaurant at the B&B served excellent food and drink. We had the pleasure of dining there on our one night stay, the Thai food was absolutely divine and drinks to match. The breakfast options were plentiful and of great quality. Pattra was our waitress she was exceptional, always sweet and friendly, adding to the positive experience. We had an amazing time and would definitely be returning if we find ourselves in the area again.Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the B&B.

This was our accommodation for our annual golf tour which has been running for over 30 years. This was easily the warmest, most friendly place we have stayed during that time. The food was fantastic and the service impeccable. The rooms were spacious and clean with modern bathrooms.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay, the room was amazing & much bigger than the pictures made out, breakfast was included and really nice. We also ate in the restaurant one night and the food was first class, and reasonable. Definitely recommend

Stayed with my friend last week in this wonderful B&B. Lovely rooms with a homely feel and nice touches such as biscuits, chocolate, slippers and toiletries. Pattra and her lovely team were always friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent in the restaurant- we are both nights we stayed, one being Thai night and it was DIVINE. Breakfast is of a great quality and there is plenty of options. The young waitresses were always so friendly and sweet. We had an amazing time and would definitely return if we are in the area. The only downside is that there are only 3 private car parking spaces, operating on a first come first served basis so we had to pay just over £11 per 24 hours in a long stay car park just under a 10 minute walk away. This did not spoil our trip and isn?t really anyone?s fault, it?s just unfortunate.Thank you all again! We loved it here.

We loved our stay at Castle Cottage Inn and wish we'd stayed longer. Pattra is an exceptionally welcoming host, and she couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed in a wonderful sweet of rooms at the top of the house, with superb views. It was impeccably clean, the giant bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom luxurious (with more great views). Sleeping under the eaves with the castle on one side and the rooftops of stone cottages on the other was fabulously peaceful. We had a delicious breakfast, and enjoyed meeting friends at the bar thanks to the very friendly atmosphere created by Pattra and her staff.

I loved Castle Cottage Inn! Pattra is so welcoming and made you feel right at home. The room was a nice size with a comfy bed and very clean. I wish I had stayed here longer. The restaurant and Aviation Bar is perfect--Pattra cooks up delicious Thai food that is some of the best I have ever had. Breakfast was delicious too--I recommend the salmon and scrambled eggs. Very close to Harlech Castle. I want to go back for the wonderful hospitality!
